This is a "Strategy, Technology and Innovation Management Capability Assessment System through the INNODARE Maturity Index Methodology (STIM)". It uses the INNODARE Vision to Value Framework (V2V) dimensions as the basis. You can use this methodology to improve your strategy/technology/innovation roadmap development system.  Your assessment will be evaluated and a detailed report will be prepared indicating your maturity level and improvement areas. The assessment is requested to be filled in by at least 5 of your directors/managers, and the report will be prepared with GenAI support, under the supervision of the INNODARE experts, within 10 working days after the assessment is completed.
The V2V-STIM Self-Assessed Roadmap Preparation Maturity Index measures the maturity of the processes and organizational capabilities used to create, integrate, govern and renew strategic, technology and innovation roadmaps. It is not a general corporate-governance, ethics, compliance, financial-audit or ISO-conformity assessment.
• Use it before a new roadmap cycle to determine whether the organization has the capabilities to prepare a robust roadmap.
• Use it after a roadmap exists to identify process weaknesses that may undermine future updates.
• Use the dimension profile to decide whether selective V2V modules are sufficient or whether a broader V2V intervention is warranted.
• Use the same core instrument across companies, universities and research institutes

Self evaluate your maturity score and evidence score for each question in line with the following explanations
0 M0 - Absent No recognizable practice. No repeatable method, owner or current example exists in the defined scope.
1 M1 - Reactive / Ad hoc The practice occurs through individuals, isolated projects or reactive management. It is inconsistent, person-dependent and not governed as a normal organizational method.
2 M2 - Defined / Repeatable A recognizable method, artifact or procedure exists and is repeated in important cases. Roles or basic rules are defined, but deployment is incomplete, uneven or weakly integrated with adjacent processes.
3 M3 - Integrated / Governed The practice is routinely deployed across the relevant scope, has accountable ownership, is connected to adjacent strategy/technology/innovation processes, and is actively used in governance or decisions. Performance or compliance with the practice is monitored.
4 M4 - Adaptive / Optimizing The integrated practice is systematically measured and reviewed; assumptions, thresholds, methods or resource allocations are deliberately changed in response to outcomes, learning or external signals.
