The " INNODARE V2V Strategy/Technology/Innovation Roadmaps Health Assessment System" defines an independent INNODARE methodology for evaluating roadmaps that have already been developed. It does not ask whether an organization possesses a roadmap; it determines whether that roadmap is strategically sound, internally coherent, sufficiently evidenced, executable, governed, used in decision-making and capable of remaining relevant as conditions change. It gives you a methodology to improve your existing roadmaps.
The methodology may be applied to a single strategy, technology or innovation roadmap, or to an integrated roadmap architecture containing all three. Its outputs provide a defensible starting point for a targeted Vision to Value intervention: repair, integration, reprioritization, refresh or complete redevelopment.
Scope boundaries
- Included: strategic logic, market and ecosystem grounding, roadmap architecture, time horizons, option and portfolio quality, technology and innovation linkage, resource and capability realism, dependencies, risks, metrics, ownership, review mechanisms and demonstrated use.
- Excluded: ethics, board composition, legal compliance, financial audit, ESG assurance, cybersecurity certification and general corporate-governance scoring, except where these materially affect roadmap feasibility.
- Positioning: an INNODARE diagnostic and development instrument; not an ISO conformity assessment, certification, accreditation or assurance engagement.
